My 9-year-old son loves books with hidden objects to find. Lately he has been making many of his own. He recently made one to mail to his 4-year-old cousin who lives nearly 1,000 miles from us. You can see here on one side of the page T draws the animals and identifies them by name and writes down the number of them to be found in the picture on the following page.

Here is the page with all of the hidden animals. This is great for younger children to work on counting and finding the correct number of hidden animals.

This is so sweet, Nikki! Your T is not only a good little artist, but he's thoughtful, too. I don't know many 9 year old boys who would be thinking of his 4 year old cousin in such a thoughtful manner. LOVE it!
Love the drawings! Our children LOVE the art potions of their day too! I have have just given your blog an award, check it out!
