All About Spelling ~ Beehive Reader

Back in December, I shared my review for level one and two of the All About Spelling, spelling program. All About Spelling has an adorable reader that goes right along with the lessons in level one.

The illustrations in this book are charming and old-fashioned looking. The stories are very cute. This is a great reader to use on its own, but it is a valuable additional resource to use as your child works their way through the All About Spelling program.

My son is on his second read through of this reader for extra reading practice. He liked it enough to read it through a second time, and if you knew him, you'd know this speaks VOLUMES about this little reader from All About Spelling. At first having text at both the top and bottom of the illustration confused him. But once he got used to it, he remembered to check the pages for additional text before moving on to the next page.

The Beehive readers are a new series from All About Spelling that will soon be called All About Reading. A website is in the works and will be available this summer. I am looking forward to getting more readers for us to use as we progress through the levels of All About Spelling.

The Beehive Reader is a collection of 10 stories, and is available for $19.95 at the All About Spelling website.

Nice review. We like the reader here too. It's just a really nice quality reader. Thanks for stopping by to comment on my Cruise Post. Guess I'm not the only one who had a bad experience with a co-op. :( Thanks for sharing your story too.
