Grab and Go Thursday

Grab & Go Thursday is all about Mommas sharing resources that make their lives more simple and flow a little easier. I don't know about you, but I could sure use some simple in my day! Today in my home is menu planning and grocery list making day, so I would like to share with you a simple menu planner I found online. You can download it onto your computer and grab it and get to work planning healthy meals for your family! Below is a screen shot of the planner I use. You can get your free download from Organized Home by clicking here. Click over to Half Dozen Mama and see what others have to share!

Nikki, This is great! I am off to check it out NOW. I stink in the menu planning department. So glad you joined up with Grab & Go Thursday. (you might want to link up again on my site...your LINKY doesn't take me to your blog, but straight to Half Dozen Mama.)

Great menu planner. Thanks for sharing this. Now if I could just get my thoughts together to plan meals like that. We are such a spontaneous foodie family. Know what would be cool? A virtual planner that I can click and drag days to reschedule meals. My husband might stop during his work day and get something from the Taco Wagon (yuck) then not want enchiladas for dinner and I have to make changes in our dinner plans. He doesn't like the same style of food twice in one day..whereas I can eat Mexican all three meals for a few days in a row. (Love Mexican food!)

I love Mexican food too! I could eat a breakfast burrito for breafast, tacos for lunch, and then enchiladas for supper!

Menu planning is on my mind lately. I'm on week two of planning meals--trying to lose some weight, save some money, spend some more time together as a family--oh the list goes on and on. I'm off to check this out. Thanks for the link.

Thanks for sharing this - menu planning is one of those things I want to do, but just don't get down to it (consistently). I think this may help me out.
