Last week we had a couple extra kiddos in our house. I had some extra pizza dough one day after lunch and I really didn't want it to go to waste. I remembered I had some caramel apple wraps in the pantry that I've had since October! So, I decided to make a dessert pizza. I rolled out the pizza dough like normal, and then laid out the four carmel apple wraps. Then I arranged the apple slices around and then I sprinkled some cinnamon on the apples. I baked the pizza in a 450 degree oven for about 14 minutes. The kids all really liked it. You only need a tiny slice because this is SUPER sweet!
I made a powder sugar glaze, but this was too much sugar. If I ever make a dessert pizza like this again, I will skip this step.

sorry to be a pain but i wondered if i could ask a quick question re homeschooling? i couldn't see your e-mail address to contact you so sorry this is on comments! I am deliberating over the concept as i have a son in school and a daughter who is 3. My latest dilemma over whether to or not is this - when I am in my local town serving God through church or just out and about will others not think i am making a judgement on what they are doing for their kids, that i think we are better than them or something? For example i help at our church toddlers group and the mums there would definately ask questions if my kids were there and not in school and i wouldn't want to come across as judgemental or anything, I just don't know what I would say to them????? Any advice appreciated! p.s. I live in Scotland and Homeschool is not the done thing here! although it is legal.
Hi Collette! I left a comment for you over on your blog w/ my email address. Please email me and I am more than happy to chat with you about home education. I'm probably a little too wordy to do it just here in the comment section though:)
