I had to make something to take to a homeschool Christmas party. I had brownie mix and I had some candy canes hanging on the tree. So, my youngest daughter and I decided to bake some brownies in my mini muffin tin and add some crushed peppermint candy canes to the top to make them a little more festive. They turned out cute AND yummy!
