Recipe Swap

The ladies at Today's Housewife have been sharing their favorite "Sweets for your Sweetie" recipes. Do you have one you'd like to share? Just post a recipe on your blog, and then go link up at the Today's Housewife site! Today, I'm sharing a recipe I got from my Aunt Jan! Love you, Aunt Jan!!!

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
1 brownie mix
1-12 oz bag mini peanut butter cups
Mix up the brownies according to the package directions.
Line a mini-muffin tin with mini cupcake liners, or arrange the liners on a cookie sheet. Fill half full with brownie batter. Place one  peanut butter cup in the center.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.

Haven't heard of that before, but I think I'll have to try. I've done the same thing with peanut butter cookie dough. I was planning to make some for a trip to my in-laws coming up, but I might have to trade to this recipe!
